Welcome

You've come to the right place

You possess power, wildness and an innate wisdom that remains untapped in our disconnected society. Never has the need for connection to ourselves, each other and our living planet been more necessary. The world needs your superpower!

When you connect to yourself and your power you will feel stronger, clearer, more grounded, and tuned in to all aspects of your life.

I draw on my background as a yoga teacher and counsellor to provide a supportive space for you to explore connection, tap your innate wisdom, and reclaim your power. As someone who has experienced disconnection and lived with an auto-immune disease in my own life, I understand the importance of guiding you back to yourself.

Work with Me

I am dedicated to walking alongside you on the journey home, remembering and reconnecting through yoga, ritual practices and counselling.

I am a facilitator of spaces for (re)connection with and remembering of your innate wisdom. Spaces where you can turn within and learn to trust your inner knowing. Space to honour your own power.

I teach weekly trauma-aware hatha yoga classes that focus on exploration more than experience. A slow-paced class that incorporates all 8 Limbs of Yoga including asana (physical shapes), pranayama (breathwork) and dhyana (meditation) to support you to connect with your body, breath and heart.

I also run 4 week ‘Embodied Yoga for Stress and Anxiety” workshops where the focus is on connection and grounding rather than individual pathology. I marry modern neuroscience with traditional yoga and you will walk away with tools and strategies to understand and support your nervous system and reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.

Slow down, take a breath. Reconnect with yourself and nature.
